Family vacation to Driggs

We embarked on our first family vacation we planned ourselves as a family that was longer then 1 day. We have gone to other family reunion or functions of course, but this one was our planned time. :)

We dropped Gypsy off with her best friends Bear, Blue and Brinley! Then we headed off. Weston slept for most of the trip up and then played. We got to the hotel and checked in and met up with our cousin Clint and his wife Sierra and their two children. We visited with lots of family, played with the kittens, and watched BSU football. Weston was so wired he was not ready to sleep when we got back to the hotel even though it was getting really late like midnight late. He woke up a lot and cried. It also didn't help I forgot his comfort blanket at home! Mother Fail!

We also got in with a herd of cattle being transported and got manure all over my car.

Saturday we went on a four-wheeler and razor recreational drive for a few hours. It was beautiful weather and Weston fell asleep for the entire ride!! It was a good 1.5 hours.

He did wake up went and we wandered around Grandma and Grandpa Furniss's homestead since I had never been there. It was a lot of fun wandering around as Tyler and Clint shared memories of climbing the various barns and running around on them. We followed a wooden bridge through the willow trees branches where we had to crawl in certain areas where it was very overrun. It was really fun though to see.

We then got ready to head up to Jackson Hole to watch the Bar J Wranglers. we were lucky enough to have Grandma and Grandpa Miller come up to join the festivities. Terri and Mike were also able to come with us too! It was a blast. We did leave later then expected so we missed out on some biscuits but still was fun to go.

Sunday we ventured onto Idaho Falls to spend the night with Jake, Brittany and their family. It was so much fun to spend Miller Sunday dinner with them. We don't get to see them as often anymore on those days. The girls loved Weston and played none stop. They have grown up so much!!

Monday we were a little lazy and drove home leisurely. Weston on the other hand was exhausted and did not want to be in the car seat anymore. I sat in the backseat with him for half the trip to entertain him. Gypsy was so excited to see us. Weston was very excited to get home and sleep in his own bed and actually slept through the night.
Don't mind the shadow. It was so bright I couldn't see it myself!!! HAHAHAH!
